The PAL-3 refractometer operates in the full range (Brix 0.0-93.0%), making it ideally suited for measuring practically any sample. The PAL-3 instrument has the same functions as the PAL-1 and PAL-2. In addition to the wide measurement range, this instrument also has higher measurement accuracy than the PAL-1 and PAL-2 instruments.
